There was such a plan during the last intifada but it was nixed by Defense Minister Yitzhak Mordechai before he was run out for sexual aggression against female staffers in the army.

Of course if it is built, world antiJewry will howl like jackals at this last act of racist apartheid in Israel but so what? They have been yowling since the mid-1970s. So what else is new?
